Dr. Firooz Mashhood, MD, graduated from the National University of Iran as a Medical Doctor in 1975. He served as a physician for two years in the Iranian Air Force before migrating to the United States in 1977. He participated in an internship training program in Philadelphia from 1981 to 1982, followed by a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), from 1982 to 1984.

In 1984, Dr. Mashhood joined a private practice at Long Beach Monorail Hospital, a 1,100-bed facility, where he served as co-medical director of an inpatient comprehensive pain management program. From 1986 to 1987, he lived in Chico, California, assisting a college in promoting pain management and traumatic brain injury services. In 1987, he relocated to Las Vegas and has been in private practice since then.

In 1992, Dr. Mashhood became the medical director of UMC Rehab United and remained in that role for nine years. During his tenure, he established the only inpatient Traumatic Brain Injury and Pain Management Programs in the state of Nevada. While at UMC, he closely collaborated with trauma physicians and served as faculty for the Reno Medical School, mentoring medical students and residents.

Dr. Mashhood is currently not associated with any major hospitals. He has been married to Shahrzad for 42 years and has a son, Nickan, who graduated from law school and is now practicing law.

Dr. Hamidreza Sanatinia is a distinguished medical oncologist at Comprehensive Cancer Centers, specializing in treating all cancers and serious blood disorders. With a strong academic foundation in molecular biology and a medical degree from Tufts University, he completed advanced training in hematology and oncology at the Huntsman Cancer Institute.

Dr. Sanatinia has held leadership roles, including Chief of Medical Oncology at Southern Hills Hospital and Past President of the Nevada Oncology Society. Recognized as a Top Doctor and Patients’ Choice Award recipient, he is also an accomplished educator, public speaker, and nature photographer. He values holistic patient care, emphasizing compassion and cutting-edge treatments.

Pouya Mohajer, M.D. has been practicing in Las Vegas since 2004. He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Mohajer is fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Medicine at Harvard Medical School’s Brigham & Women’s Hospital.

Dr. Pejman Bady is a board certified physician and a seasoned healthcare executive and business strategist with over 30 years of experience. Trained under David Logan of USC Marshall School of Business and graduate of Western University of Health Sciences, he combines clinical expertise with business acumen to scale and transform companies across the healthcare and emerging industries.

Dr. Bady has held an upper level leadership roles at HealthCarePartners and DaVita where he grew regional revenue by significant amounts annually, and as founder of Advanced Medical Center, which became the largest medical center in Nye County, Nevada, before its acquisition. He currently leads Medical Systems Management (MSM), helping businesses scale, optimize, and prepare for high-value mergers and acquisitions.

An expert in healthcare roll-ups, Dr. Bady has consolidated Ophthalmology clinics, Urgent Care centers, Primary care centers, Plastic Surgery, Ambulatory Surgery centers and Pain Management practices, as well as built a $25 million annual revenue cannabis business empire. His extensive network, particularly in Las Vegas and healthcare policy, enhances his ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive growth.

Dr. Bady began his career as a highly accomplished family and emergency medicine physician, serving in fast-paced emergency departments across Nevada and Kansas. His dedication to critical care included leading Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Nye County, Nevada, where he improved emergency response systems and elevated the standard of care.

Dr. Bady also serves as Medical Director at CELLAXYS, advancing regenerative medicine, and co-founded Grey Dove Inc., a nonprofit organization that set up missions in under privileged countries around the globe. His dedication to excellence has earned him numerous accolades, including the Top Doc of the year Award, reflecting his exceptional patient care and transformative leadership in advancing medicine.
